Cell phones, headphones, earbuds, laptops, and tablets will no longer be allowed in the classrooms. They should be left at home or in their locker. Too many issues are stemming from cell phone use. We have laptops in our classrooms, as well as Kindles, and books. Unless the teacher specifically advises students to go to their locker and get their phone for a whole class activity such as Kahoot, Quizzes, Read Theory or Dreambox, devices are not to be brought to class. Once that class is over, phones are to be returned to the locker. If a student has a phone in class without permission, it will be held until the end of 6th period. If it happens a 2nd time, it will be sent to the front office for parent pick up. If you need to contact your child, please call (919) 557-2727. Thank you for your support!

Students who received a 60 and below on the Percy Jackson final assessment can retake the test starting next week! Several students still have not turned in a paper doll book project. Please do so ASAP. If you do not hand in a project, you are in danger of failing my class for the 2nd quarter. |
